Building and Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Systems Admin Support in Chorley, for a specialist in supplying timber engineered products. This is a permanent position, paying a competitive salary DOE.
Off-Site Solutions Division is a collection of specialist manufacturers of high quality products and building systems. Offering expertise in design, logistics, supply chain, delivered through a partnership approach, where you are responsible for supporting and maintaining user access and documentation related to Business System processes.
The Role:

Assisting in supporting +750 pc users across multiple businesses and branches through UK&I

Maintaining business starters and leavers processes.

Recording application licencing and maintaining user permission register.
-
Support the businesses on Business processes.
-
Provide system reports and analysis as required.

Creating and maintaining system process documentation detailing best practice and procedures.
-
Provide support and maintenance to users on Business Critical Applications

Promote IT Security best practice and company policies related to CyberSecurity
The Candidate:

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Strong customer service skills.
-
Problem solving and Prioritising skills.
-
Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set.
-
Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work alone.

Knowledge / Understanding of Microsoft Windows10 and Office365

An interest in Technology systems, devices and applications (desired)

Hold a valid UK driving license as travel to sites may occasionally be required.
